VPNZN Help Center

Find the next steps for your issue, from account access to route troubleshooting. Answers are based on the account, subscription, and order details in your user panel.

ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION

Account & subscription

After creating an account, get your subscription from the downloads section of the user panel. When switching devices or updating your client settings, return to the panel to check your current subscription first.

Go to downloads in the panel →
How do I create an account and get my subscription?

VPNZN accounts use a username and password—no email address required. Create an account in the user panel, choose a monthly plan or data package, then go to the downloads section to get your subscription and import it into your client. Copy the subscription details from your own panel and don't share them with anyone. Your subscription is linked to your account, so keep your username and password safe; you'll need them to sign in when switching devices.

How do I sync my client after updating my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and download the current subscription from the downloads section. Then open your client's subscription manager and update it. If the client still shows old routes, remove the old subscription profile, import the one from your panel again, and make sure the selected profile is enabled. Don't use links copied from chat history or shared by someone else. Button names vary by client and platform, so follow the labels in your client.

Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?

You don't need to buy a separate plan just to switch devices. VPNZN supports unlimited devices connected at the same time and works with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. On your new device, sign in to the user panel, get your subscription from the downloads section, and import it into the appropriate client. If you're no longer using the old device, remove the subscription profile there. Keep your account credentials and subscription details safe, and don't share your personal subscription with others.

What should I do if I forget my account details or suspect my subscription has been exposed?

First, check where you saved your credentials and make sure you're using the username for your VPNZN user panel. If you still can't access your account, or your subscription details have been made public, contact support through the panel's ticket system. If you can sign in, change your password first, then get and import the subscription from your panel again. In your ticket, describe what happened and which platform you're using. Don't include your full password or subscription link.

CONNECTION / CHECKS

Connection & troubleshooting

First, determine whether the issue is with your local network, client settings, or the app you're using. Change one setting at a time so you can tell what made a difference.

Open the IP check →
The client says connected, but webpages won't load. What should I check first?

First, open a regular webpage to confirm your device has an internet connection. Then check that your client has enabled the subscription you just imported and that the selected route suits the website you're trying to reach. Try another route in the same region, then reload the page. You can also use the IP check page on our site to verify your current exit location. If the same issue occurs on every route, note your platform, network, and error message, then report it through a panel ticket.

Why does a route work everywhere except in one app?

First, check how your client routes traffic for that app. Some clients split traffic by domain, while others may also be affected by your system proxy settings. Being able to access a website doesn't mean every app uses the same exit route. Review your client's rules or proxy mode, switch to a suitable route, then fully quit and reopen the app. If the issue only affects that app, include its name, your platform, and the selected route in a support ticket so the team can investigate differences in routing rules or the destination service.

How do I troubleshoot connection issues after changing networks?

First, check that the new network can open regular webpages. Then update your subscription in the client and try another route. On public Wi-Fi, check whether you need to open a browser and complete a sign-in page before connecting; the client may not connect until you do. Next, check your device's time, any messages from the client, and the selected mode. If you still can't connect, include your network type, client platform, and error message in a user-panel ticket. You don't need to provide your account password.

How can I check that my traffic is using the selected route?

Select a route in your client and confirm that it's connected, then open the IP check page on our site to see whether the detected exit location matches the region you expect. Before checking, close any old page and open it again so you don't mistake an earlier result for the current one. If the exit location is wrong, review your client's rules and proxy mode, then try another route. If a particular app still behaves differently, check whether it follows your client's traffic rules.

ROUTES / SELECTION

Speed & routes

Filter by the region you need, then compare how different routes perform on your current network. Route names alone can't tell you whether a connection works inside an app.

View global servers →
Which route should I try when video buffers during peak hours?

First, rule out congestion on your local network by pausing other bandwidth-heavy tasks. Then try other routes in the same region. VPNZN offers IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes. Compare them based on the destination service's region and actual playback rather than relying on route names alone. If webpages load normally but video still buffers, check the player's quality settings. In a support ticket, include the platform, region, and time when the issue occurred.

What's the difference between IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes?

These terms describe different network paths. IEPL dedicated routes are worth comparing when cross-border connection stability is a priority. Relay routes pass through an intermediate access point, so performance depends on each segment of the network. Direct routes take a more straightforward path, but are also more affected by your current network. No route type guarantees compatibility with a particular app. Start with the region you need, then adjust your choice based on the client's connection status and your actual experience.

With so many regions, where should I start?

Start by choosing the region required by the service you want to use instead of picking a route at random. VPNZN covers 100+ countries and 240+ routes. If several routes are available in the same region, test webpage access, app sign-in, and content loading on each, then keep the one that works best on your current network. A route that worked before may no longer be the best choice after travel or a network change. Comparing routes in the same region is usually more direct than reinstalling the client.

My route connects, but AI tool sessions keep dropping. What should I do?

Ongoing conversations and code completion in AI tools depend on a stable connection. First, check that your local network isn't dropping frequently and that the client stays connected when your device sleeps or switches networks. Then try other routes in the same region and see whether the session stays active. If the tool works in a browser but not in its desktop app, check whether the app follows your client's proxy rules. When submitting a support ticket, include the tool name, platform, and any client message shown when the connection drops.

PLANS / REFUND

Billing & refunds

Monthly plans and data packages have different data rules. Before changing plans or requesting a refund, check the account and relevant order in your panel.

View plan details →
What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the date your plan starts. Choose based on your usual video, work, and download usage—not just the monthly price. If you expect your usage to change, check your current plan and data usage in the user panel before deciding whether to switch. Monthly plan data does not roll over like data packages.

Should I choose a data package or a monthly plan?

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the date your plan starts. Data packages suit variable usage: they last until used and never expire. Available packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Consider whether you'll use the service regularly, then compare your estimate with the usage shown in the user panel. Before purchasing, make sure you've selected a monthly plan or data package as intended—their data rules differ.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data still resets monthly on the date your plan starts. Before upgrading, check your current plan, data usage, and the details shown on the upgrade page in the user panel, then make sure the new plan fits your upcoming needs. If you only need extra data for a short time, compare the data package rules as well. If an order doesn't look as expected, keep its details and contact support through a panel ticket.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

VPNZN accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket system, and include the relevant order and your refund request. Watch for a reply to your ticket. Before submitting, check which account the order belongs to so you don't include an order from another account. The site's Terms of Service govern refund details. Don't post payment records or your account password on public pages.
